Apple finally released iOS 4.3 GM to developers and tinkerers have managed to jailbreak it on iPhone 4. iPhone 4 was already jailbroken on Beta 1, Beta 2 , and Beta 3. However, the jailbreak is tethered and you need to put some effort in order to execute it.
