Besides, iPhone firmware has also been upgraded and ready to release on June 7 for general public. iPhone Firmware 4.0 has been released for developers and hackers have already accomplished jailbreak 4.0. iPhone Dev team has also released redsn0w 0.9.5 beta for developers of jailbroken apps. There was an outstanding issue between Hackers and Apple i.e. unlock for new baseband firmware 05.12.01 which has been exploited but there has been no official release. It has still to be confirmed whether this unlock will also persist for new baseband 05.13.03 on iPhone 4.0.

• The interface would be simple as blackra1n and user will make a simple click to execute limera1n jailbreak.
• limera1n will be available both for Windows and Mac.
• limera1n for iPhone 4G, 3Gs, and 3G may contain a solution to unlock it as well which may be named “limesn0w” (Depending upon previous terminology for tools)
• limera1n jailbreak for 4.0 will be released as limera1n rc1.
