iPhone 4.3 update has reached GM stage after completing Beta 1, Beta 2, and Beta 3 stages. Usually, there is not so much change in public build and GM build. iPhone 4.3 public build will arrive on 11th March along with iPad 2. iPhone 4.3 update’s feature Personal Hotspot will allow you to turn iPhone 4 into a Wi-Fi router. You will be able to share Internet on other iOS devices like iPad and iPod Touch. However, this feature has to be enabled by Carrier as well and you might be charged more for Tethering.
Apple has extended AirPlay functionally in 4.3 update and devs of third party apps can utilize AirPlay API. Earlier, AirPlay was restricted to Apple’s apps only but now other apps can stream data on wireless medium with compatible devices.
With iPhone 4.3 update installed on your iPhone, you can now get content streamed at your device from iTunes if you are on local network. It means that you don’t need to sync content from iTunes to iPhone to play it.
Safari has been improved in iPhone 4.3 and java performance is 2x faster. The page rendering will be improved and will speed the web browsing.

Appstore on iPhone 4.3 will show that an app is already purchased and you can install it.
