Instead of waiting for Greenpois0n RC6, Chronic Dev team has released Greenpois0n RC5.4 [Greenpois0n RC5 b4] to jailbreak iOS 4.2.6 on Verizon iPhone 4. It is only available for MAC users but we expect a Windows build soon.
It shouldn’t be difficult to jailbreak Verizon iPhone 4 on iOS 4.2.1 if you can follows the steps already posted here.
