As expected, Apple has released iOS 4.3 beta 3 to the developers for iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch. The build number is different 8F5166b while compared to previous 8F5153d build in beta 1 and beta 2. There is a separated build available for Apple TV.
The changes in this build are still unknown. The feature for recurring charges due to digital subscriptions like The Daily has still to be confirmed although this digital newspaper is being unveiled tomorrow.
