This enables us to jailbreak iPhone 4 3GS, iPad, iPod Touch 4G 3G forever until Apple goes down all the way to change bootrom at hardware level. Limera1n lets you jailbreak any iDevice running iOS 4.1. Any iDevice includes iPhone 4 3GS and iPod Touch 4G 3G. It also jailbreak iPad on iOS 3.2.2.
We are presenting a How-To guide for users to Jailbreak iPhone 4 4.1 with Limera1n.

Note: Before proceeding to jailbreak iPhone 4 with Limera1n, back up all you important data by synching iPhone 4 with iTunes.
For Unlockers: Limera1n is not an unlock. It is only a jailbreak tool. Currently, there is no unlock for iOS 4.1. You should stay away from iOS 4.1 on iPhone if you rely on an unlock.
- Your iPhone 4 must be running on official iPhone 4.1 iOS.
- Download Limera1n Jailbreak RC1 Beta for Windows and Mac.
- Connect iPhone 4 to computer. Execute Limera1n and click “Make it Ra1n”.
- Follow the instruction to connect iPhone 4 in DFU mode and others guide.
- Sit back and let the Limera1n do its function till it swanks a message ‘Jailbreak Complete’.
You are done with iPhone 4 untethered Jailbreak on iOS 4.1. If Cydia does not show up, restart your iPhone. Don’t forget to save your SHSH Blobs for future downgrade as you have now a jailbroken iPhone 4 4.1.

So there is no way to unlock an iPhone 3GS baseband 5.14.02 ??, I remember that in some block i read that this limera1n suppose to unlock also the iPhone no just jailbreak it.

I can confirm as well that it works splendidly with iOS 4.1 and iPhone 4. Now I can finally play spanish Pokémon (on the Gameboy Emulator) in my Spanish class again

Ok so I did everything and it said it was "DONE" then I rebooted my IPhone 4.1 and Cydia didn't appear….what am I doing wrong?
I had the same 'problem' there should now be an app called limerain. open it and then you can install cydia.

Ok so I downloaded the app on my iPod and I see Cydia when I open it but when I go to install it, it say “resringing data”. Not too sure what I’m suppose to do.
