Things are moving steadily towards another “PwnDay”. It started right after the release of iPhone 4.1 iOS when @pod2g and @p0sixninja were able to exploit the vulnerability in new bootrom. The finder of vulnerability and developer of Greenpois0n Jailbreak, p0sixninja from Chronic Dev Team has been working on it since months. However, pod2g’s entrance in the effort made a dramatic change and SHAtter. SHAtter exploit enables hackers to develop tools which will jailbreak iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G, and iPad forever until Apple replaces the bootrom in next hardware cycle.
It looks like that Greenpois0n has almost jailbroken iPhone 4 4.1 running. However, some modalities are left which are being sorted out by pod2g. This means that we will be able to jailbreak 4.1 on iPhone 4 3GS and iPod Touch 4G 3G. What about iPad 3.2.2 Jailbreak? It is also possible because Greenpois0n equipped with SHAtter will jailbreak all current firmware and iPad 3.2.2 is one of them. pod2g has also confirmed this on Twitter.

Sometimes I feel sorry because I bought Apple products, I see Apple making an issue of their products for marketing purpose, and I am sorry to say that, Apple products shouldn't be called as SmartProducts, because they are complicating our live.
