Apple has patched the exploit used by JailbreakMe to Jailbreak iPad 3.2.1 by releasing iOS 3.2.2 for iPad. There is no official word from iPhone Dev Team whether the jailbreak remains intact or not but it is highly avorable not to download iOS 3.2.2 firmware if you are already jailbroken.
