If you are on 4.1 you can download the 4.0 and then go on itunes, go on your iPod and then while holding shift press Restore and select the 4.0 update and it should downgrade, make sure you backup.
what do i do after its jailbroken like i click on cydia but theres just a bunch of stuff there ?
Lol, well you could get backgrounds by downloading winterboard. Then go in cydia and download w/e theme you want. Also, download installous for apps. If you can't find it, search online for "installous source" then do as they say. Have fun!
