It is probably all set to go tonight i.e. comex jailbreak for iPhone 4 3GS 3G iPod Touch 3G 2G and iPad for the respective firmware. In short, the all in one untethered solution to jailbreak 4.0 and 4.0.1 along with 3.2.1 jailbreak. It has been almost one month since the exploit was first revealed while jailbreak iPhone 4 was jailbroken. It was expected to be release soon after iPhone 4 unlock was accomplished but it turned out that the exploit used disturbed some prominent apps in iPhone 4 like FaceTime. SO, @comex had to reinvent the exploit and would also support Jailbreak iPad 3.2.1.
In a recent podcast, some prominent iPhone Hackers were participating and when asked regarding the release, they pointed out that @saurik has to provide some bootstrap to comex as the jailbreak itself is almost done. Later, we came to know through that Saurik has provided the bootstrap to comex day after the podcast.
Therefore, it should be almost final and as predicted by many Sunday is going to be Funday. The iPhone 4 jailbreak will be accompanied with iPhone 4 unlock as well. So, it is going to be party time tonight?
