There is no Spirit 4.0.1. Upcoming jailbreak by Comex may be named that. Don’t upgrade to 4.1 and wait for the tool

I’ve upgraded my iphone 3gs to ios 4.0.1 and looking for jailbreak software release to jailbreak my iphone. Spirit 4.0.1 can’t jailbreak ios 4.0.1 on 3GS ???
If really cannot mean that need to upgrade to ios 4.1 then only can jailbreak ???
