As 4.1 firmware known as iOS 4.1 beta has been released by Apple to developers, we should now be expecting to listen about possible jailbreak 4.1 solutions. iPhone OS 4.1 (iOS 4.1) is in beta stage therefore we should not expect a release to jailbreak 4.1 firmware on iPhone 4 3GS [old or new bootrom] and 3G.

If Apple would have countered the baseband exploit and userland jailbreak then we might have to wait longer for 4.1 jailbreak and unlock. There is a sure chance regarding 4.0 jailbreak and unlock as iPhone Dev Team have solutions for them already. Till further notice, stay away from iOS 4.1 update. According to our prediction, Spirit 4.1 is not far away if nothing extraordinary has been introduced by Apple in iOS 4.1.
