Guys I just bought my iPhone from Newyork and it is jailbreaked but the bas bandis locked , because when I tried to use my sim card I found the there is no services , in addition that when. I Connected it to the iTunes it said that it needs verification through apple

What should I do know ? It is jailbreaked but its not working.
